Located in Kota Belud district, Usukan Cove is a hidden gem blessed with a beautiful beach and island. Unlike those islands in the TAR Park that mostly packed with tourists, an hour drive from Kota Kinabalu city would take you here.
Other than the beach activities, Usukan cove surprisingly has a collection of pristine underwater life, the coral is at far or better than those at the TAR Park and also it has 4 shipwrecks for divers to explore.
Attraction: Beach activities, swimming, snorkelling, diving, fishing, river cruise, firefly sighting, ATV, white water rafting at Kadamain River, and visiting the surrounding villages.

Location: Kota Belud, Sabah Getting there: 1-hour drive from Kota Kinabalu, hire a taxi or Grab. No public transport available but for a cheaper option, you will have to make a transit to Kota Belud town by bus and get your taxi or Grab from there.
